Default Hexes and conditions...

In PvE should removing Hexes and Conditions play into making a build?

Or am I good to go disregarding them for the most part?

It is usually advisable to have some sort of condition/hex removal on the team. Although you can sneak by using other means such as Healing Breeze's 9 health regeneration will negate having a Conjure Phantasm on you.

What if I intend to solo most of the time with a Ranger/Monk build I'm toying with?
Will I need to pack along a hex/condition remover?

naw, you can say screw it to Hex Removal then....just bring Healing Breeze....as it is good for healing even if you dont have a hex/condition on you.....

the max degen you can have is -10 anyways....and any other Hex that you get on you....you wont be able to get it off fast enough anyways to make a removal worthwhile....
